Marshal Allen Jobes, Bellaire, OH Death-Obituary: Gone Too Soon: In Loving Memory of Marshal Allen Jobes

It is with profound sadness that we remember and honor the life of Marshal Allen Jobes, who passed away on May 31, 2026, at the age of 21. A resident of Bellaire, Ohio, Marshal’s passing leaves a deep void in the hearts of his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Born on October 13, 2004, in Wheeling, West Virginia, Marshal was the beloved son of Kathy Burkhart Barbour and the late Michael A. Jobes. He was a graduate of Swiss Hills Career Center and proudly worked as a carpenter with Carpenters Local #436, where he demonstrated a strong work ethic and dedication to his craft.

Marshal was known for his kind heart, easygoing nature, and unforgettable sense of humor. He had a rare ability to make others feel welcome and valued, never meeting a stranger and quickly turning acquaintances into friends. His infectious smile, warm personality, and genuine compassion touched countless lives and created lasting memories for those around him.

Family was at the center of Marshal’s life. He treasured every moment spent with loved ones, especially his parents, siblings, girlfriend, and close friends. He found joy in the outdoors, whether riding side-by-sides, hunting with his beloved grandfather, or simply enjoying time with those he cared about most. His adventurous spirit and love for life were evident in everything he did.

Marshal is survived by his parents, Kathy and Chris Barbour; his sisters, Lindsay Jobes and Katie Kahrig; his brothers, Carson Barbour and Tanner Hoffman; his girlfriend, Trista Guinter; his grandparents, Earl and Sue Burkhart; and many extended family members and friends who will forever cherish his memory.

Though his life was far too short, Marshal’s legacy of kindness, laughter, and love will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
